Al Watan Construction, a leading construction company based in Kabul, Afghanistan, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our construction projects through meticulous surveys, precise measurements, and comprehensive planning. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to maintain adherence to local regulations and standards, thereby contributing to the successful execution of our construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting surveys and generating detailed plans, estimates, and comprehensive reports for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Utilizing advanced surveying and measuring equipment, including total stations, levels, and GPS devices, to ensure precise and accurate data collection.

Applying a profound understanding of surveying techniques, principles, and practices, and leveraging expertise in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center for efficient project execution.

Proficiently utilizing Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs to organize and present survey data and reports effectively.

Demonstrating the ability to interpret complex engineering plans and specifications with precision and accuracy.

Applying strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in all surveying and planning tasks to guarantee project accuracy and adherence to set standards.

Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the engineering team and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth project coordination and progress.

Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common construction goals and objectives.

Utilizing prior experience in a construction environment to enhance understanding and contribute effectively to the construction processes.

Utilizing any experience with drone technology and 3D modeling to contribute to the implementation of innovative surveying techniques for improved project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience with surveying and measuring equipment, including total stations, levels, and GPS equipment.

Comprehensive knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, and practices, including proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

Ability to interpret complex engineering plans and specifications accurately.

Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
